About Me

Hi, I’m Lisa, the face behind Families@Soul CIC 💜

Families@Soul was created to give babies, young children and their families somewhere welcoming, supportive and relaxed to play, connect, make friends and feel part of a community.

With a background in early years and over 20 years’ experience in Infant Massage, supporting families has always been at the heart of what I do.

Today, Families@Soul offers a wide range of sessions including baby sensory, stay & play, Sing & Wiggle, infant massage courses, SEND sessions, themed activities, special events and much more.

But Families@Soul has never been just about running groups.

It’s about having somewhere to go when you need to get out of the house. It’s meeting another parent who understands. It’s watching friendships form, babies grow together and families return with younger siblings years later.

There’s no pressure to have everything together before you walk through our doors. Our sessions are friendly, relaxed and inclusive — come exactly as you are.

Our Home 💜

Families@Soul is now based at The Corner House Family & Community Hub CIO in Birkenhead, a dedicated community space for children and families.

Having our own home has allowed us to offer even more to local families, from our regular weekly groups and baby sessions to SEND provision, wellbeing activities, family events and seasonal specials.

Those four words aren’t just our name — they’re what I want every family who walks through our doors to feel.
